PMG Services is a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa dzialalnosc gospodarcza) registered in the Polish CEIDG business register. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so under Art. 37 GDPR.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use our website or book an appointment, we may collect the following data:

• Name and email address (provided by you when booking an appointment)
• Any details you add to the booking, such as the subject of the meeting
• The date and time of the appointment you select
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, access timestamps (collected automatically via server logs)

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To schedule, confirm and hold the appointment you book with us
• To respond to inquiries you send us by email
• To ensure the technical functionality and security of our website
• To analyze website usage in aggregate (no individual profiling)

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) for appointment bookings and email inquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for the technical operation and security of this website, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), together with the applicable national ePrivacy rules on storing information on your device, for analytics. Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

• Web fonts: All fonts used on this website are hosted on our own servers. No font files are requested from Google or any other third party, and no visitor data is transmitted when fonts are loaded.
• Google Analytics 4: Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to measure website usage in aggregate. IP anonymisation is enabled and Google Consent Mode v2 is used, so no analytics data is collected before you consent. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Bookings: Appointment scheduling is provided by Microsoft Bookings, part of our Microsoft 365 tenant. The booking calendar is not loaded when the page opens: it opens in a new tab only after you click “Show available times”, so no connection to Microsoft is made and no IP address is transmitted until you choose to open it. Data you submit when booking is processed by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
• GitHub Pages: This website is hosted by GitHub, Inc. When you visit, GitHub processes technical connection data including your IP address in order to deliver the pages. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.

5. Data Retention

Appointment records and email correspondence are retained for 12 months, or until the purpose of the inquiry has been fulfilled, whichever comes later. Statutory retention obligations under Polish accounting and tax law remain unaffected. Analytics data is stored in Google Analytics and deleted automatically at the end of the retention period configured for our property. Access logs are generated and held by our hosting provider, GitHub, under its own retention policy; we have no access to them.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erase your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@pmg-services.net. You may also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work. The authority competent for PMG Services is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych – UODO), Warsaw, Poland – uodo.gov.pl.

7. Cookies

We set cookies only where you have agreed to them. On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<stream-id>, which distinguish returning visitors and expire after up to 24 months.

We also store your cookie decision and your language preference in your browser's local storage (pmg-consent and pmg-lang). These values remain on your device and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.

You can change or withdraw your decision at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent immediately deletes the analytics cookies and stops any further collection.

We do not use cookies for marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking.
